She went on to own and operate a successful home inspection and appraisal company for over 10 years, where she developed a sharp eye for identifying property conditions, valuation challenges, and potential deal obstacles before they arise.

Today, as the owner of Paragon Real Estate Solutions and Paragon Title Agency, Isdelmi seamlessly guides clients from contract to closing.
