She began building her expertise early in her career, gaining hands-on experience in property evaluations, inspections, and market analysis. She went on to own and operate a successful home inspection and appraisal company for over 10 years, where she developed a sharp eye for identifying property conditions, valuation challenges, and potential deal obstacles before they arise. Today, as the owner of Paragon Real Estate Solutions and Paragon Title Agency, Isdelmi seamlessly guides clients from contract to closing. Her combined experience in inspections, appraisals, title, and brokerage allows her to anticipate issues, navigate city and municipal violations, and negotiate fine reductions with confidence and efficiency. This well-rounded expertise gives her clients a significant advantage, helping ensure smoother transactions and better outcomes. For over 10 years, she and her family have raised funds to purchase holiday gifts for children at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, where her father proudly dresses as Santa Claus, bringing joy and holiday spirit to countless families. She is also an active member of the South Florida Chapter of NAHREP and regularly sponsors community initiatives, including Teacher Appreciation lunches, school supply drives for local elementary schools, and holiday donations to local hospitals. Isdelmi is a devoted wife and mother of two amazing children.
